Pricing PEX vs copper repipes: my flat rates with SharkBite and ProPEX

Been quoting whole-house repipes a lot lately, and I stick to $4500 flat for PEX-A using Uponor fittings, includes all labor and materials. SharkBites add another $800 if the client insists on quick connects for exposed runs. Saw a post on r/Plumbing where guys were undercutting with copper, but in this market it's not worth the hassle.

SharkBites are garbage for anything permanent, charge extra and push Viega ProPEX every time.

How do you break down the $4500? Materials or just labor?
