ServiceTitan is screwing over small plumbing shops like mine in Texas

Out here in Texas, ServiceTitan is charging $250 a month now for what used to be half that, and it's killing my margins on drain cleaning jobs. I switched thinking it'd streamline quoting for water heater installs, but the damn integration with QuickBooks is glitchy as hell. Every time I try to estimate a PEX repipe, it crashes, wasting my whole afternoon on residential calls.

don't touch service titan unless you've got 5+ trucks, it'll eat you alive on fees.

service titan is just another way for corps to bleed us dry, same as angi leads.

try housecall pro, integrates better with ferguson orders and it's only 150/month.

these software companies don't get plumbing, they think we're all big commercial outfits.
