Man, I switched to ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd streamline dispatching for our water heater installs and drain cleanings, but now my guys are spending half the day fighting the app instead of actually wrenching. The scheduling interface is a pain in the ass, especially when you're trying to route a team for multiple snake jobs in one afternoon with the Ridgid K-45. Someone in Plumbers United was raving about it, but IME it's just adding more BS to the day. Watched a Roger Wakefield video on efficient job management, but this software ain't helping. My foreman's pissed because he can't even log PEX fittings or SharkBite connections without glitches. AFAIK, Housecall Pro might be simpler for small crews like ours. FML, anyone else dealing with this crap?
ditch service titan and try housecall pro, its way simpler for logging sharkbite jobs and routing snake runs without the glitches, saved my crew at least an hour a day.

service titan is just a bloated mess designed for those mega corps, not us small plumbing outfits trying to keep the snakes running smooth. my crew ditched it after three months cuz the dispatch glitches turned every job into a crapshoot, especially logging those sharkbite quick connects under pressure. honestly, id rather stick with housecall pro or even good ol quickbooks than deal with that overpriced headache. ppl in the trades rave about it cuz theyre chasing investor bucks, but for real crews like yours, its straight up sabotage. ive seen foremans quit over this software BS, and i dont blame em one bit. switch back to something simple before your whole operation tanks. you tried demoing fieldedge yet? might be worth the look if youre fed up.
