ServiceTitan is turning my plumbing crew into a clusterfuck

Man, I switched to ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd streamline dispatching for our water heater installs and drain cleanings, but now my guys are spending half the day fighting the app instead of actually wrenching. The scheduling interface is a pain in the ass, especially when you're trying to route a team for multiple snake jobs in one afternoon with the Ridgid K-45. Someone in Plumbers United was raving about it, but IME it's just adding more BS to the day. Watched a Roger Wakefield video on efficient job management, but this software ain't helping. My foreman's pissed because he can't even log PEX fittings or SharkBite connections without glitches. AFAIK, Housecall Pro might be simpler for small crews like ours. FML, anyone else dealing with this crap?
