I dropped $200 a month on Jobber thinking it'd help with cold outreach to strip malls and office buildings for my plumbing service, but after six months of scripting calls about drain cleaning and water heater installs, I landed zero gigs. Turns out property managers here just ghost you or go with the lowest bidder who undercuts on PEX repiping jobs. Save your cash and stick to referrals unless you've got a killer elevator pitch.

cold calling strip malls? i tried that once and the property manager thought i was selling girl scout cookies, handed me a drain clog instead 😂

switch to housecall pro's $49 starter plan instead, it's got better templates for commercial pitches that actually land property manager callbacks.

those damn property managers are the WORST, ghosting legit plumbers while they hand jobs to the bottom-feeding hack who cuts corners on every PEX job and leaves a mess for the rest of us to fix.

those damn property managers treat us like were spam callers and then hire the cheapest hack who cuts corners on every job, it's total BS man

property managers are the WORST, always chasing that rock-bottom bid from some fly-by-night hack who'll flood the building in a month. it's infuriating how they treat legit pros like dirt while the cheap crap ends up costing them way more in callbacks. screw that, im done wasting time on cold calls with jobber.

jobber's just another bloodsucker preying on desperate plumbers with their overpriced BS, while property managers play games and ghost anyone who isn't a chump undercutter. i wasted three months on their cold call templates before realizing it's all smoke and mirrors for real leads. screw that noise, we're better off networking with the boys who actually deliver.

man, same here with those cold calls to commercial spots, feels like shouting into the void every damn time.

Try targeting smaller office complexes with emails first, mention your Ridgid SeeSnake for quick diagnostics. Worked for me to book a few $1k drain jobs last quarter. Then follow up with a call.
