Newbie plumber here, I was out in rural Ohio installing PEX-B lines for a bathroom remodel and somehow kinked the pipe bad enough that it sprung a leak right after the pressure test. The client was pissed and made me redo the whole run, costing me $800 in materials and lost time since I didnt have a good expander tool yet. Felt like such a dumbass, shoulda double-checked the bends like my boss always says.

fuckin clients in rural areas always lose their shit over the smallest leak, like they aint seen worse from their own diy attempts. had one threaten to sue over a pex kink i fixed same day, cost me half a weekend for nothin. these homeowners think theyre experts after watchin one youtube vid, but they call us when it blows up. shoulda charged em extra for the attitude.

don't skimp on that expander tool next time, had a guy flood a whole basement last year from a pex kink and it cost the company 5k in repairs.

man i hate when a simple kink turns into a full redo, cost me a whole day last week on a similar pex-b job and the client still bitched about the delay.

dont skimp on that expander tool, i saw a guy rush a pex-b bend without one and the whole line burst during testing, nearly flooded the place and cost him twice your hit.

man, i hate when a simple kink turns into an 800 dollar nightmare, had one last month where the pex-b just decided to betray me mid-install and the homeowner ripped me a new one.

man, kinking pex is the worst, had that happen on a remodel last year and lost a full day fixing it. shoulda invested in that uponor expander sooner, saves so much headache.

get yourself a uponor propex expander tool, it makes bending pex-b way smoother without kinking. saved me from redoing runs like that more times than i can count.

goddamn homeowners in rural areas act like theyre the first to ever see a leak, charging you for their rushed remodels while they nickel and dime every fitting. had a similar BS job last month where the client blamed my PEX-B for their crappy drywall install and i ate $600 just to keep the peace. its these entitled types making the whole trade look bad, we gotta start walking away from the cheapskates sooner.

kinked pex is like the pipes ghostin you on the first date, springs a leak and youre out $800 before the real drama starts.

dont ever skip the expander tool on PEX-B installs, i saw a guy waste a whole day rerouting cuz he kinked it just like you and it turned into a $1k nightmare.

man, kinking pex-b without a proper milwaukee m18 expander is a total crapshoot, lost $600 on a similar botched run last month and the homeowner wouldnt shut up about it.

kinked pex is like the plumbing gods' way of sayin' buy the damn expander tool before you turn $800 into a funny story at the bar.

fuckin homeowners always lose their shit over a little leak, like theyve never botched a diy job themselves. pisses me off how quick they forget we fix their messes for peanuts.
