Man, I was trying to invoice a quick repipe job with PEX-A tubing last week using QuickBooks, and the damn thing glitched out mid-entry, wiping half the line items. Ended up eating $450 in lost time just recreating it from scratch while the customer huffs about payment. Watched a Roger Wakefield video on better workflows, but honestly, is there a smoother plumbing invoicing app that doesn't cost an arm?
ugh quickbooks has screwed me over on pex invoicing too apprentice life means rebuilding from scratch while the boss yells man i feel your pain

switch to housecall pro for invoicing, it's got solid plumbing templates and auto-saves everything so you wont lose line items mid-job. costs about 50 bucks a month but it'll save you way more in headaches than quickbooks ever did.

QB's wiped out my line items on a PEX job too, total bullshit when the customer's already breathing down your neck.

switch to housecall pro for invoicing, it autosaves everything and integrates pex material costs without the glitches, saved me hours on repipes like that.

switch to jobber, dude - it's got solid mobile invoicing that saves your ass mid-job without glitching like quickbooks does. set up templates for pex jobs and you're golden, no more $450 headaches.

Ditched QuickBooks for Jobber on my plumbing gigs two years back and now i'm cranking out PEX invoices in under five minutes flat, no more glitches eating my time. Feels damn good running a tight ship like that.

been there with quickbooks glitches, it's a real time suck when you're just tryna bill out that pex job and poof, everything's gone. lost a couple hours myself last month recreating a whole invoice, and the customer was breathin down my neck. feels like the software's out to get us plumbers specifically.

QuickBooks is a total scam for us field guys, always lagging on mobile when you're knee-deep in a drain line. Switched to Jobber last year and it's cut my invoicing bullshit in half, no more chasing lost entries.
