Look, I'm a 10-year plumber out here in Arizona the heat never quits, and I've been trying to use Instagram and TikTok to drum up more tune-up calls for water heaters and drain inspections, but it's all just crickets. Posted a quick vid of me snaking a main line with my Ridgid K-4000 last week, thought it'd hook some homeowners before summer spikes, but zero leads. Tried running a targeted ad for $100 budget pushing annual flush-outs, still nothing but bots liking it. Feels like a waste when door-knockers in my area are landing $500 jobs easy. Anyone cracked the code on reels or stories that turn into booked service calls? Don't wanna keep burning cash on this if it's just gonna flop.

man, these social media algorithms are straight up rigged against us small guys, while angi and thumbtack hoover up all the real leads and charge an arm and a leg for em. im done wasting time on reels when door knocking still pays the bills without the BS.

those damn targeted ads are just a money pit for us plumbers, sucking up our $100 budgets while angi and the big boys swoop in and steal every real lead that sticks.

man, your ridgid vid sounds way more exciting than my paint splatter reels that just show me taping off baseboards like a bored robot. tried dressing up a tune-up as 'saving your wallet from a hot water disaster' but got more laughs from the comments than calls. maybe next time film the snake eating the clog whole, that'll get em clicking faster than a leaky faucet.

man, those targeted ads are a total scam, just like angi leads, sucking up your cash and spitting out bots while the homeowners ignore you for some youtube hack job.

tried showing off my snake skills on tiktok once, ended up with a flood of cat memes instead of calls. maybe next time i'll dress it up as a magic show to hook those bots.

focus on quick clips showing how a tune-up caught a slow leak in the water heater, tag it with #plumbingmaintenance and you'll pull in real homeowners instead of bots.
