Google Business Profile Finally Got Me a $1200 Clog Job But Now a 1-Star Review

Been tweaking my Google Business Profile for months now, adding pics of Ridgid SeeSnake runs and before/afters on drain snakes. I'm in north Georgia, so these old mountain houses are full of root intrusions, and finally landed a $1200 commercial kitchen clog that turned into a full line jetting. But the owner left a 1-star cuz I couldn't fix his shitty coffee maker too, even though it wasn't in the quote. TBH, I should've clarified scope upfront, but now it's tanking my 4.8 rating. Anyone else deal with this kinda scope creep? Feels like a bad joke when you're out there with the K-45 and they think you're a full-service appliance guy.

Ugh, same crap here with picky clients turning minor gripes into review bombs.
