I've been running a small plumbing outfit been doing this in Oklahoma my whole life but lately the scheduling software we use is screwing everything up especially with the back-to-back drain jobs. Last week I had two guys double-booked on a PEX repipe in Tulsa and the customer was pissed waiting around. Switched to Housecall Pro thinking it'd fix the routing but nope it's worse with the notifications glitching on my phone. Me and the boys are wasting half the day fixing these mix-ups instead of snaking lines. Anyone got a better app that actually works for multiple trucks without eating your time? I'm down $800 this month from reschedules alone.

try service fusion instead, it's way better for multi-truck scheduling and the notifications dont glitch like housecall pro does.

Fuck these software companies, they charge an arm and a leg for plumbing-specific features that barely integrate with QuickBooks and leave you chasing your tail on every job site.
