Housecall Pro is supposed to make scheduling a breeze but it's glitching out on every water heater install quote, adding bogus line items that jack up the total by $500 easy. Me and the guys spent half of yesterday fixing estimates instead of actually running pipe. This crap is killing our workflow, anyone switched to something better for plumbing jobs?

housecall pro glitches suck, i started using jobber instead and it handles water heater quotes without adding fake crap like that. took me a week to set it up but now estimates are spot on, no more fixing bogus line items on the fly. for plumbing jobs it integrates with quickbooks better too, saves a ton of time chasing invoices. try the free trial, might fix your workflow mess.

housecall pro is a total crapshoot, it screwed up my last three estimates by adding phantom parts and now im chasing clients to explain the bullshit.

housecall pro is straight up robbing us blind with those glitches, turning simple quotes into thousand dollar nightmares. switched to service fusion last month and still pissed that i wasted two years on their buggy ass system. these software companies dont give a damn about us field guys, just chasing that subscription cash. were all getting screwed by this crap, time to boycott the lot of em.

housecall pro is turning into a total shitshow for me too, wasted a whole morning yesterday untangling their bogus quotes on a simple drain job.

Ditched Housecall Pro for ServiceTitan last year and it's been smooth sailing on quotes ever since, no more bogus add-ons screwing the numbers. My crew's back to knocking out installs without the headache, hitting our targets easy.

ditch housecall pro and try service fusion, it's been rock solid for my crews scheduling and quoting water heaters without adding ghost line items.
