Sick of chasing commercial roofing leads on social media - who's winning?

Man, I'm fed up with all the BS on social media for landing commercial clients in roofing. We're in Texas so the heat and hail make every flat roof a potential nightmare, and I've been posting before-and-after shots of TPO installs on Instagram for months, but it's crickets from the big property managers. Saw a guy in the Roofing Contractors Facebook group swear by targeted ads to strip malls, but my $500 budget last quarter got me one callback that ghosted. Meanwhile, these PE-backed outfits are snapping up the jobs with their fancy reels showing CertainTeed membrane replacements. Anyone else pissed at how Instagram favors the big dogs while us small crews grind for scraps? I cover mostly warehouse re-roofs around Dallas-Fort Worth, and it's like social media is rigged against us independents. TBH, thinking of ditching it for door-knocking again.
