I've been using AccuLynx for scheduling roof replacements and it's a nightmare. Last month alone, we missed three shingle installs because the calendar glitched and double-booked us against a commercial flat roof tear-off. Charging $1500 per missed day in penalties ain't cutting it anymore, need a better system before we lose more GAF warranty jobs.

Hit 200 roofs this season without missing a single slot, feels damn good.

Same here, 180 under my belt and the crew's running like clockwork. Switched to something simple and never looked back.

Try integrating it with Google Calendar, cuts the glitches by half on our end.

Yeah that worked for a bit, but still had one overlap on a metal panel job.

What other apps you guys using instead? Ours is killing productivity on tear-offs.

Looking at Jobber for the next quarter, anyone got experience with it for roofing schedules?

We just ripped out the old one and went manual for a week, brutal but effective.

SharkBite for plumbing sure, but for roofs? Stick to nails and tar.

Out here in Texas, hail season has us scheduling 20 roof tear-offs a week and AccuLynx keeps overlapping jobs with ridge vent installs. Lost $4500 last quarter chasing double books on commercial flat roofs, and the client's now threatening to pull the Owens Corning contract. Guy in the Roofing Pros Facebook group said to switch to Jobber, but I'm skeptical after burning $2k on setup fees already.
