Client in Texas refusing to pay full $18k for shingle roof job

Just finished a full tear-off and GAF Timberline re-roof on this ranch-style in the Dallas area, quoted $18k flat rate including underlayment and all the vents. Homeowner's now bitching about a few ridges needing touch-up and wants 20% off, like we're supposed to eat the material costs. SMH, these difficult clients are killing me out here.

Don't let them walk, file the mechanics lien in Texas within 90 days or you're screwed forever.
