Man, I've been dumping cash into facebook ads for shingle replacements and tear-offs, but the leads are drier than a zone 3 roof in July. Working out of Nashville, and everyone's skimping on hail damage claims after that big storm last year. Saw a post in The Contractor Fight group where a guy swore by targeting older homeowners with videos of Malarkey highlander shingles, but my clicks ain't converting. Tried boosting before-and-after pics of a full GAF Timberline install, still crickets. NGL, thinking of switching to google ads like that Tommy Mello guy preaches, but damn if it doesn't feel like throwing money at the wind.

Target ads to folks searching for 'hail damage roof repair' in your zip codes, set a $50 daily budget first to test.

Yeah, and use lookalike audiences from your past customers who paid up on those Owens Corning jobs. Works like a charm for getting real quotes out the door.

Pulled in 15 solid leads last month off FB with ads showing drone footage of a ridge vent install gone wrong vs right.

Drone shots are gold, especially for commercial flat roofs. Got me $8k in contracts just from one video series.
