AccuLynx job software eating my roofing crew's time in Colorado

Dropped $800 a month on AccuLynx last year thinking it'd streamline our shingle and metal roof quotes out here in Colorado, but now my guys spend half their day uploading pics from the ridge instead of tearing off the old crap. We're missing deadlines on those hail-damaged ranch homes in the foothills because the damn app glitches every time we try to tag a GAF Timberline bundle. Frustrated as hell, anyone ditch this for something cheaper that actually works for roofing crews?
