Commercial clients lowballing GAF roof installs - pissing me off

Just had a big box store chain try to negotiate a $45k GAF shingle job down to $38k like we're some fly-by-night crew. These corporate assholes always want the premium materials but act like $200/square is robbery. Sick of chasing commercial bids that go nowhere.

same crap, they lowball then hire some hack who screws it up and now we gotta fix it.
