just finished a full tear-off and re-roof with Owens Corning Duration shingles on this ranch house out here in Arizona the sun beats everything to hell. customer signed off on the walkaround, paid the final $8500 draw, and now she's blowing up my phone every damn day about 'spots' on the ridge vent that aren't even there. i explained it's just some settling from the heat but she wants me back out for free touch-ups. saw a similar rant in the Roofing Pros Facebook group last week, guys saying these picky types are killing the trade. NGL, i'm about ready to block her number and eat the bad review. anyone else dealing with this endless callback BS on asphalt jobs?

we charge a $100 trip fee now for callbacks after 30 days, cuts the nonsense in half.

F
FilterFanatic⚒️ Journeyman3mo

R
RollerRogue2⚒️ Journeyman2mo
