Been running my roofing crew out here in rural Ohio for 10 years now, and finding reliable guys who won't flake on shingle installs is impossible. FML, I just hired a guy who showed up to his first ridge vent install with a hangover and dropped his nail gun off the roof, nearly brained the homeowner's dog. Had to let him go mid-shift and finish the $1800 tear-off myself while laughing my ass off at the chaos.
