Been running my small roofing outfit out here in Arizona the past 8 years, and our old spreadsheet system for scheduling shingle installs and flat roof repairs is finally biting us in the ass with overlapping jobs and missed supply runs to Ferguson. I just signed up for a trial of Acculynx after hearing some guys rave about how it handles crew dispatching and material tracking for asphalt and TPO jobs without the usual headaches. So far, the mobile app lets my foremen log progress on underlayment installs in real-time, which is huge for keeping clients updated on those multi-day tear-offs. Anyone else using it for roofing ops? What's your take on the integration with QuickBooks for invoicing after a full roof replacement? I'm hoping it cuts down on the back-and-forth calls during peak season.

man, those spreadsheet screwups with overlapping jobs and missed ferguson runs are the worst, had the same headache in my crew til we bit the bullet on acculynx. the quickbooks integration saved us a ton of invoicing bullshit after full replacements, you'll feel that relief quick.

man, acculynx integration with quickbooks is a total crapshoot, half the time it glitches out and you end up re-entering every damn invoice for a full tear-off. been chasing my tail on that for weeks now, wish id stuck with jobber instead.

switched to acculynx last year and the quickbooks integration is a total clusterfuck, constantly double-charging me for shingle jobs and forcing endless back-and-forth with support.
