Been running my small roofing outfit out here in Arizona the past 8 years, and our old spreadsheet system for scheduling shingle installs and flat roof repairs is finally biting us in the ass with overlapping jobs and missed supply runs to Ferguson. I just signed up for a trial of Acculynx after hearing some guys rave about how it handles crew dispatching and material tracking for asphalt and TPO jobs without the usual headaches. So far, the mobile app lets my foremen log progress on underlayment installs in real-time, which is huge for keeping clients updated on those multi-day tear-offs. Anyone else using it for roofing ops? What's your take on the integration with QuickBooks for invoicing after a full roof replacement? I'm hoping it cuts down on the back-and-forth calls during peak season.

man, those spreadsheet screwups with overlapping jobs and missed ferguson runs are the worst, had the same headache in my crew til we bit the bullet on acculynx. the quickbooks integration saved us a ton of invoicing bullshit after full replacements, you'll feel that relief quick.

man, acculynx integration with quickbooks is a total crapshoot, half the time it glitches out and you end up re-entering every damn invoice for a full tear-off. been chasing my tail on that for weeks now, wish id stuck with jobber instead.

switched to acculynx last year and the quickbooks integration is a total clusterfuck, constantly double-charging me for shingle jobs and forcing endless back-and-forth with support.

man, those overlapping jobs and missed ferguson runs are a total nightmare, been there with my tile crew and itll drive you nuts. acculynx has helped us cut the bs on dispatching, but the quickbooks hookup took some tweaking to get right.

acculynx is overrated BS for roofing crews, stick with your spreadsheets unless you got a big team already. the quickbooks integration sounds slick but it's just another way for them to nickel and dime you on updates.

acculynx is overrated bullshit for small crews like yours; i've been using it in arizona for two years and the quickbooks integration is a glitchy nightmare that doubles your data entry instead of cutting calls. stick with jobnimbus if you're not running 20+ roofs a month, their estimating is solid without the $250 monthly ripoff. foremen here hate the app crashing mid-tear off, and dont get me started on how it handles tpo material tracking. trial it hard, but bail if the invoicing doesnt sync clean from day one.

man, those spreadsheet overlaps are a total nightmare, had the same crap with my crew missing a whole day on a tpo job because of double-booking.

man, spreadsheets are a nightmare for scheduling around here too, always ending up with crews double-booked on those long tar paper jobs. been there with the missed ferguson runs, had to haul ass across town just to keep a tpo install from stalling. acculynx trial sounds promising for cutting that chaos, hope the quickbooks sync actually works without the usual glitches. fingers crossed it saves you the headaches during monsoon season.
