Frustrated with Invoicing Software for Roofing Jobs - QuickBooks Online Eating Up My Time

I've been using QuickBooks Online for invoicing my roofing tear-offs and installs, but damn it's a pain entering all the CertainTeed shingle quantities and labor hours every time. Charged $8500 on a recent job and still spent 2 hours reconciling it all. Anyone got a better setup that actually saves time instead of wasting it?
